Three questions the desk is asked most often
How quickly can a watch list be running?
A standard watch list can be live within five business days of the intake conversation, because the plan is written first and the sources are confirmed before any tracking begins. Urgent launch windows can be handled sooner when the source set is narrow and the sample brief is not required.
Do you monitor coverage outside the United States?
Yes. Regional lists are added at intake, and translation support is planned from the start rather than bolted on later. Non English coverage is summarized in English within the brief, with the original wording retained in the appendix for verification.
What happens to the material at the end of an engagement?
All clips, transcripts and digests are returned in the agreed format, and the working copies are deleted from our systems on the schedule set in the written agreement. The retention schedule is described in the privacy policy, and the obligations of both parties are set out in the terms of service.
